Terms of Business

• All rates are quoted in US$
• A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm a booking
• The balance of 50% is to be paid 60 days prior to departure
• Should a booking occur within 60 days prior to departure, payment in full will be required.
• All trophy fees and additional costs to be paid before departure from hunting camp in cash or US$ travelers cheques
• Trophy fees are payable in respect of all animals taken or wounded
• All price quotations are valid for 3 months

Cancellation Policy

The Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It applies in all instances except where a particular third party operator has a more stringent Cancellation Policy, in which case the operator’s policy has precedence. The applicable hunt Cancellation Policy will be detailed in the hunt agreement and available on request prior to booking.

In the event of the cancellation of the hunt by the Client, Kuduland Safaris (Africa) Ltd will undertake to return the full deposit, less any expenses that may have been incurred or payments made to a third party, only if the hunt dates can be re-booked and the hunt cancelled in writing 6 months before departure. If you cancel between 6 & 4 months before departure you would forfeit 50% of your deposit, less any expenses that may have been incurred or payments made to a third party. If you cancel within 4 months of departure you would forfeit the whole deposit and/or full hunt payment, should this have been already made. Cancellation is only effective on receipt of written notification.

In the event of cancellation of the hunt by Kuduland Safaris (Africa) Ltd, only monies held by Kuduland Safaris (Africa) Ltd and/or that can be recovered by Kuduland Safaris (Africa) Ltd from any third party will be refunded, excluding any expenses incurred.

Insurance

• We recommend that you have travel, medical and personal insurance for the duration of your safari
• All reasonable precautions are taken to ensure the safety of our clients and their possessions, but we accept no responsibility, directly or implied, for losses, injury or damages
• All clients are required to sign a personal indemnity form before the commencement of the safari

We strongly suggest that all of our guests consider the purchase of travel insurance for protection against cancellation penalties and many other unforeseeable circumstances such as an emergency medical evacuation. For more information click here
