Unless specified in individual hunt details, the following price inclusions & exclusions apply to all hunts in all destinations:

Inclusive in hunt price:

• Conservation fees (Tanzania only)
• Hunting licences/permits
• Import permit 1 rifle/hunter
• Charter flights (Selous Reserve, Tanzania only)
• Concession fees
• Camp fees
• Trophy handling fees
• Trophy export fees
• Anti-poaching tax –applicable to trophy fees (Tanzania only)
• Community development fees – applicable to trophy fees (Tanzania only)
• Hunting camp accommodation for duration of hunt
• All meals & soft drinks
• All Professional Hunter services
• All hunting & camp staff services
• Hunting vehicle & driver
• Field preparation of trophies
• Storage, dipping & packing of trophies
• Delivery of trophies to local shipping agent or local taxidermist
  

Exclusive of hunt price:

• International, domestic or some charter flights
• Hotel accommodation prior to or after hunt
• Any transfer costs between airport & hotels
• Road transfers between airport & hunting camp
• Visa costs
• Travel, medical and personal insurance
• Medical evacuation insurance
• Trophy fees
• Any CITES licences
• Government Licence fees applicable to trophies (Botswana only)
• Alcoholic drinks
• Laundry service charge (RSA only)
• Gratuities
• Taxidermy work
• Trophy shipping to taxidermist or final destination
• Rental of firearms/ammunition
• Personal expenses
